A taste of the magic Arctic winter - Uummannaq
We bring this adventure to you, if you want to go on a magical journey through the beautiful, unique and snow-covered Greenland. On this tour we will meet local, open minded native Greenlanders who love to laugh and share amazing stories. We will also hop on the sled and let the wind show us the way to Santa’s house.

Arrival to Uummannaq and meet the locals
On this day, after you arrive in the afternoon.
We will share with a local family in Uummannaq, then we will have dinner together and discuss about the tour program.
Fishing and create your own Jewelry
The next day we will go ice fishing, and will dine our fresh evening catch.
We will also make Greenlandic utility items such as jewelry and mitts.
Dogsledding and some santa time
We will start with a dog sled tour around Uummannaq and then we will have lunch in the north area.
On our way back we will make a visit to Santa´s house!
City walk, Snowmobile and Settlement Visit
On this day we will start with a city walk. Then we will take a snowmobile trip to one of the settlements, will meet the locals and share a nice cup of coffee. In the late afternoon we will head back to Uummannaq, where our host family will be waiting for us with a delicious local dinner.
Departure from Uummannaq
The next day will be your departure from Uummannaq.
